Introduction

Anode Busbar Frame is using to  raise the anode busbar work periodically. Anode Busbar Frame raise to the upper part of the pot shell to PTM. Anode jacking frame equipment control the function by remote control operation, such as clamping anode rod, close to the anode busbar, release anode grabs and other assignments. When the anode carbon block is minimized, it is necessary to clamp the anodic guide rod in the automatic Anode Busbar Frame and release the busbar, then finish the busbar lifting operation.


Structure

The automatic Anode Busbar Frame consists of the frame, Anode Busbar, anode grabs, hydraulic station, lifting beams, landing legs, ground supports, etc. All anode grabs springs are installed with the same height and travel distance to ensure the synchronization of all clamps actions.
